I have been a REALTOR since 2006. It is the best decision I ever made. Prior to that, I spent years in the Atlanta, Georgia corporate sector as a Medical Office Manager and Medical Conference Coordinator.
Within a year of becoming a REALTOR in the Gulf Coast region, I began training other agents on technology and marketing. Agents frequently contact me for advice on marketing and hire me to take their listing photographs. I decided my ‘niche’ would be doing my job better than my competitors. I invested late nights and early mornings to educating myself in every aspect of real estate, and continue to this day in that practice. There is always room for knowledge and it benefits my clients.
My focus is giving consumers what they need and want. Home Sellers want their properties to be fully represented with cutting-edge marketing, professional grade photography, appropriate pricing to sell, advice on staging, and property reports. Home Buyers want an ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative who is available, answers the phone, knows the market and how to obtain information, access to resources and local information, but most importantly negotiates for them. I still believe in old-fashioned customer service in our technologically advanced world.

Although I am a native of Georgia, I have always dreamed of living in Virginia, so here I am. What a beautiful and interesting place here in the Historic Triangle.
