Why Hire Me To Sell Your House?

It speaks to the question most new real estate agents ask themselves. Why should anyone hire me? I have been selling real estate for 9+ years and I too asked myself that question. When I entered #realestate I was in a new town, didn’t have the little league, PTA or social club relationships that provide you with an instant sphere of people to tap into.

Almost a decade later I still use that question as a personal accountability tool. From the beginning I decided my ‘niche’ was going to be doing things better than my counterparts. I spent a lot of time educating myself on every facet so I would know as much as possible, and developing a plan that made the most sense in getting results. These days, when I ask myself the specific question “Why Should A Seller Hire Me?”, it’s easy for me to answer. First, being passionate about what you do is very powerful.
